With over 25 years of construction experience, Brian has an eye for detail that ensures your home is being built to last.  Brookside Custom Homes uses only the finest sub-contractors and suppliers in the valleycraftsmen who take pride in their work so you can be proud of your new home.  Brookside Custom Homes uses Energy Star techniques in all our homes to ensure that you are living in a home that is energy efficient.  We offer Energy Star Certified homes to those clients who desire to live in the most cost effective residence available.

At Brookside Custom Homes, we want your home to fit your personal style. With choices from paint color to plumbing fixtures, your home will reflect your needs and preferences.  Brenda, though newer to the construction business, has an eye for color and is happy to assist our clients with everything from color selection to fixtures.  With added features in a variety of price ranges, your home will be uniquely yours, not a cookie cutter copy of your neighbors home.

Our commitment to both quality construction and clear communication helps to make your home building experience enjoyable and rewarding.  We work hard on your home every step of the way to make it a warm, inviting sanctuary for your family.  Your home is designed around your needs and lifestyle through frequent communication both by phone and through meetings on site to ensure the building process is satisfactory for you.  From the first pre-construction meeting through the final walk-through, we welcome your involvement in each step of the process and make it our priority to communicate with you regularly.

A one year warranty provides you with the added assurance that Brookside Custom Homes stand behind the homes we build.  In addition, we will happily show you homes we have built (including our own), and will provide you with references upon request.  We believe honesty and integrity are the foundations that build great homes with satisfied clients.

Background:

DC Homes Inc. is owned and operated by Dean Waite.  Dean has been building homes here in the treasure valley for six years.  He was born, raised and educated in Boise, Idaho.  Dean loves Idaho and is doing what he can to keep it beautiful. 

Stylebuild, Inc. is a niche builder that focuses on unique projects and distinctive building styles. The company was formed by 3 long-time professionals: Kyle Schnoor of Northstar Homes, Brian Critchfield of BlueLine Grassroots Marketing, and Joe Critchfield of PacWest Funding in order to deliver a complete customer experience, from concept design to financing. Not only is Stylebuild committed to building projects that stand out from the crowd, but to delivering a premium customer experience in which you are involved throughout the entire process.
